- Create a user-friendly, secure online form and database to hold registrants information.

- Create a multi-language form to accommodate the worldwide registrants.

- Enable the conference organizers to have real-time access to the data.
Results:

- Created 3 different language versions, each consisting of 55 unique data inputs.

- Over 600 delegates from over 130 countries registered successfully for the convention.

- Conference organizers were able to attain real-time data for the delegates which included any edits made by the registrants.
